FAQs

Find answers to common questions about my photography services, drone licensing, and payment methods.

Please feel free to reach out regarding any other questions you may have.

What services do you offer?

Any flavor of exterior or interior photography you may need! I have years of experience with real estate photography, and can make sure to accurately capture your product in the best way possible to convey to your clients. I also enjoy more creative shoots with stagers/designers which involve creating a visual language and capturing a specific feeling or mood. Additionally I have plenty of experience working with contractors & developers to create powerful portfolio images.

Are you licensed for drone photography?

Yes! I am a Certified Remote Pilot operating in full compliance under the FAA's Small UAS Regulations Part 107.

What are your delivery methods and turn-around times?

I know time is of the essence for Real Estate agents and can work with you for a quick turnaround time. Real estate shoots are typically delivered in 24-48 hours, but please let me know if you need quicker delivery! For larger commercial projects the turnaround timeframe will be discussed during the quote and outlining phase.

All photos are delivered via Dropbox in whatever resolution + format you desire. Standard for Massachusetts MLSpin is 512 x 400, while Zillow allows 2048 x 1536.

How do you accept payments?

I currently accept check & venmo. I do have an online payment processor, but with transaction fees... that seems to create more trouble than it's worth (for both parties!) though we can always use that if you prefer.

Do you edit your own photos?

Believe it or not, most real estate photographers actually send their photos to editors oversees for their quick turnaround time. I edit all of your photos myself, in my little home in Brighton. I am able to make accommodations in many areas of editing so feel free to ask!

About Kathryn

From tiny apartments in Allston to brownstone condos in the South End - I have photographed it all! Having worked in/or adjacent to the Boston real estate industry since graduating from UMass Boston in 2014, I have a unique perspective with a lot of hands on, personal, and interior experience within the Boston area market.

I have a passion for photographing interiors and exteriors, working with light sources, exploring compositions, and weaving a cohesive visual narrative about a property.

For real-estate photography, I shoot using both natural light and incorporating flash where appropriate. My process usually involves shooting 3-5 brackets per shot along with multiple flash-pops. This ensures even and balanced lighting with correct color representation (no weird orange hues!).

I promise to highlight your real estate listings or development project in the best way I know how, and leave a lasting impression on your future clients and portfolio.
